ABOUT CHOUGH STUDIO POTTERY & CERAMICS

Hello! Welcome to about Chough Studio Pottery page. My name is Ernie. I have been interested in pottery for some years now. I have also contributed to Miller's Antiques & Collectables, many photographs of my pottery and detailed knowledge on the subject have been submitted in Miller's Collectables Price Guide 2004/5 book, Im also a member.

My favourite pottery is the Crowan Studio, once owned by Harry & May Davis at Praze-an-Beeble near Camborne in Cornwall, sadly the studio closed in 1962.

With good experience in British pottery & ceramics I have decided to open my own web store dedicated to studio pottery & general pottery ceramics. Our goal is to list some well known and less known potteries from all over the UK , British Isles & some selected world pottery.
