A Porthleven studio pottery Cornish stoneware mead/wine flagon with five matching beakers. Impressed base mark PORTHLEVEN and potters impressed square seal [BJ].
Medium : Studio pottery, stoneware, brown honey glaze.
Date : Unknown, possibly 1970-80s.
Cond't : Excellent condition, slight firing flaw with top of
handle joining body of flagon.
Size/D : Flagon 8.5" (21.6cm) High x 5" (12.2cm) in diameter.
: Beakers 3.5" (8.9cm) High x 2.8" (7.5cm) in diameter.
